"How are you involved in preparing for the changes that peak oil, economic instabilty and climate change are bringing, and in creating resilience and sustainable life style in our communities?"
I am currently working on creating a Transition neighborhood in Plainfield. I attended the Montpelier open space meeting.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I've been practicing and teaching permaculture for the past five years. I'm interested in building more networks and community with others, instead of homesteading by myself.
How can you help the growth/acceptance/vitality of the Transition movement?
I've been teaching permaculture for a few years now and have experience in presentation. I was also a journalism major in college, and although I haven't done much with it, I would like to write more.

Welcome Chris! Good to work with you briefly in the 'making stuff' group last Sat. We really need the subtlety of thought that Permaculturists bring to working with nature, including human community processes.
Look forward to working (and playing!) with you more as things progress.
Cheers! George ~
