Every little vote counts in a big way.

We've just posted a project on the Brighter Planet Fund website and every little vote can help Burlington Permaculture win a grant from the website for developing a Community Resource Map.

http://brighterplanet.com/project_fund_projects/64 Please, take a few minutes to register on the site and cast your votes for Burlington Permaculture. (There are a number of other great projects out there too.)

I am into fermented foods, all kinds, homemade ginger ale,
Fire cider ( a tonic) ... herbal tonics, homemade egg nog.

these workshops can be free.. but folks must bring things like:...
bring foods, salt, bottles , jars, buckets, herbs, roots, knives , cutting boards. vinegars, rubber bands, zip lock bags.
newspaper ( for messes), cloths, books.. info. to share.
I want to stress the CARE part of building real community beyond cyberspace.

maybe hand sewing workshops, hand weaving, bread making, cooking local foods, making tinctures.

I really want to stress the FREE, if folks show up with items that they want to make , bake, stir, bubble, form, create !
Let us re-skill all of us... when the bottom drops out , there will be no cell phones or internet. so learn now to help your self and others now .

I have a load of room to work from
185 Woodbury rd. Burlington 05408 . looking for helpers.
peace Micha

( in spring too)..I am into having Spring time planting workshops too.. as soon as the snow and ice are out of my yard.
we are south facing so it goes fast.
I have a large kitchen with a long table, lots of chairs.
Tons of tea and cups and time !!

We are open to having them weekday evenings 6:30pm or 7:00pm until 9:00pm-ish and Sundays late afternoon / evenings.

we are in the new north end of Burlington 05408

I'm interested in getting all Burlington Permaculture members onto this site. This has great tools that would help facilitate the group. I'm proposing that we may want to use it as the go to place for us to keep things consolidated, to have discussions and to network with other organizations and folks. Centralization is good in some regards!
