hi folks , I just spent 11 hours (yesterday) fermenting Veggies of all kinds..
If anyone in the Burlington Vt area wants to have and host Fermentation days? let me know..I will help organize and help set up. easy !!!

It is fun to do as a group. low cost, make your own " health " food to help fight colds / flu and give your self and loved ones strong guts.
